Profile gauges

Profile gauges and weighing stations are often found at the entry points to a system and at the identification stations at goods reception.

Pallet loads are accurately centred by steer wheels for EUR pallets or by flanged rollers for perimeter-boarded pallets. Pallet condition checking can include: fork tunnels, skids and pallet deflection. The load is checked for oversize. Weigh sensors mounted in the conveyor´s support feet check for overweight or measure actual weight.

The output from both profile gauge and weighing system is displayed in ConveyorBOX and can also be displayed on a separate panel.
